From the reviews
Brianna is seriously amazing. I went in with neck and shoulder tension/pain & suffer from migraines. By the end of each session, I feel so much relief and the tension and discomfort I have been carrying around were alleviated. She's incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and really listens to my concerns.
Have had a few massages with Brianna now and they have all been great! She's very accommodating and really listens. She also uses her hands a decent amount which is great as a few in the past I've been to predominantly use their arms and elbows.
Good work always justifies the price and Brianna does great work. Last year I had an overuse injury and compensating for it during recovery lead to some awkward aches and pains. I'd planned on trying multiple massage therapists in the area and figuring out who I wanted to see regularly.
I’ve had multiple massages at Brianna’s Balanced Massage, and Brianna is consistently outstanding. Her skill in targeting and relieving tension is exceptional, and each session leaves me feeling completely rejuvenated. She is very professional and truly cares about her clients well-being.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
