From the reviews
I’ve been to physical therapy a few times in my life, but I have to say this was by far my most memorable experience. The entire staff that I’ve met was over the top excellent. The support roles of Amanda, Cheryl and Henry were very professional. My therapist Dan, I can’t rave about enough.
This is the best place to come and get physical therapy. Dan is my therapist and he is amazing! I always leave with tons of improvement. Dan goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care that is needed.
Been to other physical therapist's and this place is different. There is keen focus and care for your well being. That patient centric approach comes from every member of the team there. I was fortunate enough to work with Dan as my therapist.
I almost hated to get better! I loved my time at Breakthru so much, I was sad to graduate. The small staff meant I consistently saw the same incredibly talented, kind, fun, supportive people every time I went. Natalie and Dan helped me so much, kept me smiling all through my exercises (even when it was hard!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
