This appointment with Yesika was exactly what I needed! I would highly recommend Bravo Holistic Healing for its warm inviting ambiance, professionalism and expertise. Yesika walked through a thorough intake process asking important questions pertaining to my reason for being there.
I was suffering with extreme pain in my right foot for two weeks - so bad that I was limping and could barely walk. Also, I was waking up with neck pain that went up to my head, and severe back pain. A friend mentioned Yesika Bravo at Bravo Holistic Healing. Two appointments there and my pain went away completely.
Yesika is amazing, I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I decided to try acupuncture after dealing with lingering symptoms of long covid for months. Within a couple sessions I experienced a drastic improvement. Yesika was extremely thorough and I have loved my sessions with her.
Yesika is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, compassionate, and caring! I came in with a pretty bad cluster headache and left with no headache and it has not returned! I am so excited for my healing journey with her!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
