Thank you to the kind, shiny, skilled practitioners and people at BSC. Due to unforeseen incidents, I found myself in pain, shock and or tears in their offices and on their tables and chairs. I am grateful to have met such beautiful souls. I appreciate Dr.
Our entire family has benefitted form the gifted bodywork offered here. I have lots of experience getting chiropractic treatments, massage, and PT from other facilities, and have loved having this as my one-stop bodywork shop for the past few years.
I love Boulder Sports Clinic! I started seeing Dr. Alyx after a back injury and she has been the absolute best. I feel like I have someone on my team to help me feel my best and work through any issues I might be feeling. She really listens and has helped me better listen to my body. Highly recommend!!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
