After hearing about the Bon Massage Shop from a friend, I decided to take my fiancee there for a massage. My fiancee is a nurse and due to her job, her shoulders are tired every day and she gets off work very late. I called them to ask if we could make an appointment for a 90-minutes couple's massage at 11pm o'clock.
I went to visit Bon Massage in Oceanside few days ago, with lower back pain. The beautiful massuse Kiki gave me a massage. Kiki got all my knots iron out from my lower back. I feel so relaxed and able to twist and turn my lower back like normal now. I highly recommend to to this place in oceanside.
Cherry is a very nice massage girl. I've had a few massages at Bon Massage and so far, she's been the best. She understands what areas you request and gives very deep massages if requested. Also, she can speak a few languages including English.
I don’t normally pass through Oceanside but a detour changed my route. When I drove past Bon Wellness I thought it looked enticing so I circled the block and parked. When I entered the spa I noticed how clean and fresh it was. The young lady who greeted me was Kiki, youthful and very pretty. I scheduled 1 hour massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
