From the reviews

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to Body Clinic and worked with Monte for deep tissue massage and myofascial release therapy. After just my third visit, I felt significantly better. The improvement in my body, especially from years of built-up tension, stress, and anxiety, has been remarkable.

This is my second time at BodyworkClinic, I had a really great experience here. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Tino was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I had added cupping onto the more basic massage package and think it’s well worth the money.

Monté is an excellent masseuse. Unlike many others, he is actually able to use extremely deep pressure to work through chronically tight areas! It's called body WORK, and that's exactly what I go for- to enhance recovery and workout performance- so I am very grateful to find a masseuse who has the power to really get…

★★★★★ — Sarah, Dec 2025

My appointment with Tino was great. Solid pressure I needed that I haven't received with other masseuses. Immediate improvement for some chronic tension. Tino had great communication throughout the process and was able to target and focus on my tense areas. I definitely plan to come back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
