I have had both mediocre and excellent massages at the Bodycentre. However I recently got a deep tissue BNS massage from Mimi and she was excellent. I will definitely be going back to her! It always helps to try out different masseuses and find one you like.

I have gone to Bodycentre Wellness Spa twice in the last 6 weeks and I can say that both massages were by far the best massages that I have ever had. My masseuse, Carol, was very attentive to the areas that I specified needed extra attention and she used the perfect amount of pressure.
I've had such great massage therapy experiences at this spa! The therapists are professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the session. I typically get massages to help with chronic tension / stress as well as to help reduce migraine symptoms. I left feeling noticeably better and more relaxed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
