From the reviews
The float experience is beyond imagination! Then to top it off with fabulous massages from Kathy ( for my Mom) and Christi for myself. What caring and professional staff. I'm so glad I found this place!
After a long search in sheridan I found my massage therapist. In Wyoming you don’t need a license to give massages, but Liz went to school and is licensed. Liz owns her own business and is native to Sheridan. She has years of experience and it shows. She had great pressure and always made sure I was comfortable.
Lizz was even more phenomenal than I had expected. Some one else here said it best that she knows how to "read" muscles. She truly finds the issues with your muscles and addresses them with intention, gentle, deep and steady pressure. Her energy is soothing and welcoming. I will be back!!
She is hands down the best masseuse I've ever had work on me, she is so good at finding the problem areas and addressing them plus gives solutions to avoid the same muscle or nerve problem again. Definitely recommend lizz to friends and family.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
