I was looking for someone that does cupping and I stumbled upon Samantha, and I am so glad I did! I struggle with pretty severe muscle tension and knots as a result of my job. Samantha is the only person that’s been able to relieve some of my tension. Her technique is very healing and effective.
I am a trucker and I've been getting massages from Sam everytime I come into town. My calves and my back are always my issue and she always gets my muscles loose. I recently tried the cupping session and it was intense but felt so great. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
Sam does a wonderful job I love her deep tissue massage and she’s not afraid to get in there and dig and work out nuts even though I’m a tiny petite gal. I highly suggest her to anyone she can do more than just deep tissue. She also incorporates cupping and she can teach you a lot along the way.
Can safely say it has been the BEST cupping service I have gotten. Very considerate, kind, and professional. I got additional insight and tips to prevent any further injuries. Will absolutely be booking again!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
