From the reviews

Dr. Matt has built an amazing practice that offers multiple skilled clinicians. I have been treated by Dr. Matt, Dr. Ethan, and Dr. Gina and have had phenomenal and effective treatment of my symptoms with all three.

★★★★★ — Chase, Feb 2022

Matt really helped me after my back injury. I went to a chiropractor, the doctor, and then to Bodikey and the physical therapy is the only thing that helped with the pain and I wish I would have started with that.

★★★★★ — Sadie, Mar 2019

After year of running and sometimes walking with pain in my lower leg, Dr Matt has given me long term relief. I deeply appreciate it. Since summer I am now on the 2 session/month maintenance program. It is a great way to correct any issues that come up before they become problems.

★★★★★ — John, Sep 2024

Going to BodiKey was a game changer for me. Dr. Ethan listened carefully about my issue, and did an excellent job explaining what probably happened. Ethan was fun, knowledgeable, and very caring about what I needed. I had gone to another prominent place in Mankato with no results. I just dealt with the pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
