I made a last minute appointment (please schedule in advance! Be better than me). Mary on the phone was just a dear seriously a darling. She got me set up with Will. Spoiler: I love Will. Forty out of ten stars for Will. I typed that rating in words so you’d know it was not a typo.
I went in last weekend and had Lyndsey as my stylist. I must say she did an amazing job. Even though I dyed my hair myself for the last few years with all the box dyes imaginable she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Lyndsey super sweet and made my experience very enjoyable.
scheduled an appointment for someone who i had seen before (and loved!). she ended up not being in the day of my appointment, thankfully they were able to fit me in with another stylist. great experience i definitely recommend jennifer and angel to anyone looking for a new stylist ❤️❤️

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
