From the reviews
I went to Amy for a 60-minute, full-body massage for my birthday today. She is WONDERFUL. Her massage table is heated and the room is clean and calming. She uses additional tools like stones and cupping for no extra charge! It cost $70 for 60 minutes, but I left her a tip as well! 100% worth it and HIGHLY recommend!
I found myself in pain due to work stress that had me in knots. Desperate I texted Amy asking if I could get in that same day. I wasn’t very hopeful with how last minute the request was but she responded with an afternoon appt. The massage was great!
Amy is extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She located active trigger points which have plagued me for years and successfully released several. Nice, quiet, spacious facility with plenty of parking. Location tip: it' s a house behind other highway facing businesses. Enjoy!
Amy is fantastic! I have already scheduled my next appointment and will be telling all of my friends about her!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
