From the reviews
Going to Black stone Hijama has been an amazing experience. This was my first time doing hijama and I have to say it was by far the best experience. She was very gentle and I didn’t feel anything during the treatment. It was so relaxing and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I’ve always been curious about this practice. I learned of its benefits and I wanted to experience them for myself. I went all in and asked Zahra for the wet cupping. It was my very first time, so I didn’t know what to expect, but it didn’t hurt. It definitely looks more intimidating than it is.
Amazing experience, first time doing hijama. Did wet cupping and the small cuts were gone in less then a week! Also felt such a vibrant energy and felt refreshed! Zahra's expertise and professionalism shone through from the very beginning.
My first time doing the Cupping I was nervous but sister Zahra was very professional that I didn’t feel any pains or discomfort. I feel the difference and I’m happy about the result! They are very welcoming and generous. I highly recommend that you visit and try it. I believe the experience is amazing!
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Black Stone Hijama Cupping and Cosmetics
Black Stone Hijama Cupping and Cosmetics comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — a female practitioner is available here. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
