From the reviews
I went to see Dr. Beam for a shoulder issue I had been having for a few months. I had always led an active life and my body had taken a toll. During my first visit Dr. Beam evaluated the whole person. He asked questions to pinpoint what other items might be affecting my body.
8 months ago I made this review! I stand by it. Every visit is amazing!!! Absolutely amazing results! Not only is everyone here incredibly nice and welcoming but Dr. Beam is a chiropractic god! I left here nearly in tears because of how great I felt after my first visit.
I came in with a pulled hamstring right before a big trip to Europe, and the team here completely saved me! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. After just a few sessions, I was walking comfortably again and able to enjoy my trip pain-free.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Beam and his entire team! I came in with shoulder pain, and Dr. Ken, the physical therapist, was incredibly effective—it felt like a rapid recovery. On top of that, the chiropractic care with Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
