I have been going to Be Well Holistic Massage for 2 months for Massages with Ashley. In the first session she got to know me and my needs etc! And i got to know how good she was at Massages. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I felt wonderful. I returned the next month for a hot rock massage, per Ashleys suggestion.
Be Well Holistic is by far the best massage place I've ever been to. They are very nice, accommodating and flexible. Every time i book a massage, I always leave amazing. Ariel Scaglione I want to shout out because she did an amazing job. She is caring, attentive, and helpful. Will surely be booking another massage!!!

This was my first time in and right from the start I knew I would enjoy my massage. The office was nice,clean,bright and cool. Not cold but cool. Marangely was my massage therapist and had the perfect touch. Not to hard but just the right amount of pressure. Vary relaxing and soothing atmosphere.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
