From the reviews

Heather took care of me today, she is an absolute sweetheart and amazing massage therapist. I’m about to run a 1/2 marathon soon and she made me feel brand new again despite all the workout and stress I’ve put on my body. I recommend be vital to anyone!

The staff is amazing. I started in February, my orthopedic surgeon told me I needed a knee replacement. I felt I was too young and to active to have an artificial joint. I decided ( even bring a pretty big skeptic) that I would give their process a chance.

★★★★★ — Bill, Jun 2022

I came to Be Vital Wellness for peptide therapy to help with arthritis pain. As someone who is extremely active I wanted to find ways to manage my pain and improve my health and longevity.

★★★★★ — Jill, Aug 2025

Be Vital Wellness is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Stephanie has created such a warm and comfortable space that immediately makes you feel at home.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
