From the reviews
I was very impressed with the Laura’s knowledge of the human anatomy. She knew exactly what needed to be done and had me back to pain free in much shorter time than I anticipated. She was a delight to work with and knew what to say to get me to achieve the correct way of doing an exercise.
Dr. Laura P is amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel really comfortable. She pays attention to your pain points and takes time to listen and also educate you. You go over a plan that’s realistic and works with your schedule. Couldn’t thank her enough for helping me feel at ease!
If you have back and hip pain, you have to see Gus! Gus has been seeing my mom for months for chiropractic sessions. She has felt a hugeee difference that even back surgery didn’t do for her. He’s a lifesaver! Great bedside manners as well!
I had problems with my knees and shoulders after multiple years playing tennis. This is the first time I go for physical therapy. Honestly, I didn’t believe it’s gonna help me. But the PT of Bay State Saugus changed my negative mindset. My main PT is Caitie. She is a very skillful PT.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
