From the reviews

I’ve worked with all of the therapists but mostly Hailey and David. I just want to start off by saying how amazing all of these people are. They’ve helped me so much to get back where I wanted to be. I didn’t feel like just another patient there which was a nice change and separates them from other PT places.

I’ve been here for my shoulder and lower back and both times were well worth it. They have an excellent staff that starts right at the front desk. They do a great job in relation to scheduling and understand that life happens sometimes and you need to reschedule.

Ethan, Dave, and the crew were amazing to my 12 year old daughter. After a clean ACL tear in basketball last January she's already back on the court hitting shots in games! These guys were awesome and she really grew to enjoy the rehab at the East Bridgewater location. Can't thank and recommend enough! -Ian

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
