From the reviews

I had such an amazing experience here! I suffer chronic pain from an auto immune disease so I came here for a massage and cupping therapy. The ladies were so kind and did absolutely amazing! I got off the table and was able to stand up straight with no pain for the first time in memory.

This is my go to for massages and cupping! I deal with a lot of back/shoulder/neck pain and I can tell they actually care to make me feel better. I’ll always recommend this place!

★★★★★ — Hilary, Nov 2025

I have received many forms of body work and 100’s massages. Wendy is hands down in my top 10. I get massage and cupping from her. She also implements stretching into her work. I would highly recommend both!

★★★★★ — Jeanne, Mar 2024

This way, by far, the best massage I've ever had. I went in knowing that I had very tight muscles in several places and my massage therapist was amazing at being able to find not only those places that I knew needed attention but other places that also had very tight muscles.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
