From the reviews

I’ve never had a better massage than with Lisa!! She is the freaking best. I started seeing her for the Lymphatic Massage after a surgery and it was SO helpful with my swelling and pain. Now I go to her for her Therapeutic Massages once a month, which includes cupping. The cupping is such a game-changer.

Lisa has been such an amazing resource for me during my pregnancy and I can’t wait to continue seeing her regularly. She provides an calming, relaxing environment while also getting to the crux of any issue you may have. Her cupping technique is fabulous and I leave each appointment knowing it worked!

After having surgery (abdominoplasty) i had significant swelling all over. Lisa was a life saver and came out to my house the first night i was home. It was amazing to see the difference after just one lymphatic session. My ankles seriously shrunk a whole inch in diameter in 1 hr.

I started having knee pain to the point that I wasn’t able to easily walk in the house let alone walk the dogs. After consulting with Lisa we scheduled a series of CBD 90 minute massages with cupping. Lisa is professional and caring.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
