From the reviews
Dr Nic works his magic yet again! He healed my "tennis" elbow from where I had such weakness and pain I couldn't turn a doorknob or lift my coffee cup. Recently I had fallen and somehow activated a nerve in my knee where I couldn't kneel, and he set my body on a path to healing again.
Dr. Murphy is the best chiropractor I've had in my 44 years on this planet. She explained everything thoroughly so that I can understand what is happening with my body and posture. She gave me an action plan for treatment and a complimentary app that shows exercises and stretches to help rehabilitate accordingly.
Dr. Nicholas Berglynd has been my chiropractor for many years. He is great at identifying my issues through touch. He is extremely attractive with upbeat personality. You always feel like a different person after a visit as all your tensions or soreness were evaporated.
I’m really thankful that I’ve changed my chiropractor, Dr. Murphy has been very helpful with my pain that’s been bothering me since I had my accident. I tried a couple of chiropractors but none of them help with my pain .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
