Deb is incredible. She is a healer of healers. I have had deep tissue massages in the past that did what they were supposed to do, but left me feeling bruised for a couple days before I really felt better.
Was so captivated by Deb’s abilities to address the whole me. We worked on my Sacrum and did a 60 minute massage (not long enough). Deb covered the whole body… she started with a Christian prayer practicing unconditional free flowing love while encapsulating the art of massage.
I can’t recommend Deb enough! From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. She creates such a calming, welcoming space, and the massage itself was incredible. Deb really takes the time to understand what your body needs — whether you’re dealing with stress, pain, or just need to unwind.
I have used massage therapy for over 35 years to maintain my bad back. I’ve lived in Savannah for 5 years, and can honestly say she is the best massage therapist in this area! She has an extensive knowledge of anatomy, coupled with her caring nature to heal makes her very special.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
