From the reviews

My daughter’s pediatrician referred her to Dr. Erik when she was having frequent headaches. He diagnosed the problem immediately, began a treatment plan and no more headaches! I have since been treated successfully by Dr Erik several times over the past few years for different painful neck and back issues.

Dr. Erik is simply the BEST! I have back and neck issues stemming from a car accident in the early 90s and my regular adjustments with him keep me in great condition. His hands know precisely where the pain is and with his training and knowledge it's like magic and the pain is gone!

★★★★★ — Jane, May 2021

Dr. Erik is the best! He truly cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable about his profession. He takes the time to listen and gets you back to feeling yourself again! I would recommend Dr. Erik to anyone who is looking for an amazing chiropractor.

★★★★★ — Robin, Sep 2019

I've been seeing Dr. Kaitlyn for sciatic pain that runs down my leg into my foot. I've had this pain on and off for over 15 years. I finally decided to try a chiropractor to see if it would help. I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Kaitlyn is very friendly and knowledgeable.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
