Dana is good at what she does. She has helped with nerve pain and arthritis pains. She has worked extensively on my neck and shoulders and greatly reduces the pain associated with body traumas and a neurological condition. She is constantly looking for other ways to help and cares about her clients.
Dana always keeps you at the center of the appointment. She is quiet when you need quiet and talks when you need a therapy session! She is very meticulously with her movements and precise in getting what needs worked on. I always feel better after a session with Dana!
Dana asks for suggestions of areas to be concentrated on as well as firmness of massage. She speaks if you wish her to do so but is quiet if you prefer quietness as I do. I nearly fall asleep!! Dana is fantastic!! I highly recommend her services!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
