From the reviews

I can’t say enough great things about this practice! They offer chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture all in one place, which makes it so convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. What really stood out to me is how much they truly listen to your concerns.

So I needed to get back to the chiropractor after a few years of having some problem w/my lower back..decided to try Back 2 Health in LB.. I used to go to there with the previous chiropractors that occupied the space. I’m glad I decided to go back. I usually see Dr. Corey and he is great, very thorough.

I highly recommend Back 2 Health. I started using the RVC office after a car accident. All of the chiropractors, acupuncturist and massage therapist are fabulous. They helped in my recovery from whiplash and i continue to use them for overall health.

Who knew you could get treated by a chiropractor for vertigo?! I've been going to the Long Beach office for a few weeks and doing better. The massage is amazing-I can turn my head both ways for the first time in ages. I am also doing acupuncture there so this office is full service.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
