I got at massage at Awesome Massage upon the recommendation from a coworker. I had been having an ache under my shoulder. I got the one hour massage with the CBD oil and cupping massage. I feel so much better! Very friendly place and highly recommended!
I was so excited to see this new business IN town! I’ve been driving 25-30 minutes out of town to get massages but NOW we have a great local option!! I met Lily the owner and bought a table massage (I normally do foot massages). It was INCREDIBLE!! Wow wow wow she is so good!
We really enjoy coming here. It’s always a nice experience. Clean, friendly and great massages. However, one thing I was thrown off about last time we went, when we were paying the lady told us there was a card fee. She added the card fee into the tip option.
At first I was skeptical due to the building being small and it’s not your typical spa setting. I got a couples massage and it was amazing! They combined massage with hot stones, a scalp massage, stretching, even used hot rags to take excess location off.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
