Amazing first 30 minute massage with Jennifer, the owner. She really got to the sore points that I didn't know I had until she went into the areas...I didn't have to say anything. Her strength is so great when you give her free reign to just go at it. Really can work it out!
I see Sharon for deep tissue massage to treat migraine and a knot in the muscle near my scapular. She is amazing!!! She is very strong and does a great job. I highly recommend her for a really therapeutic massage to help significantly decrease pain.

Fantastic Lymphatic Drainage massage by Sharon! When you walk into Awareness you are immediately relaxed, the space is so cozy and inviting. Sharon gave me a wonderful massage and also some suggestions on how to do some lymph stimulation exercises at home.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
