From the reviews
My daughter has suffered with chronic stomach pain for six years. You could not touch her stomach that she didn’t cry with pain. She was having what we called “stomach episodes” where she would be doubled over in intense pain for 15-20 minutes straight. These became a daily occurrence, sometimes multiple times a day.
I was recommended to Ben by a friend, and now I recommend him and his staff to everyone I know, whether they are an athlete or not. He digs to the root of any physical issue, is honest about the recovery timeline, and creates an individual plan for each issue.

Dr. Ben is an incredibly talented physical therapist. He listens, educates, and helped fix my issue quickly. I came in unable to walk without a walker (I am 37 years old) due to a herniated disc in my lower back. He had me walking without the walker in just 2 days of therapy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
