This is the only place to go for physical therapy. After going to another provider, I decided to come here and give PT another shot. Wow, what a world of difference. Everyone in the clinic is so friendly and welcoming. From treatment with Cody or James, to being happily greeted by Trinity, Makensi, Dick and Nick.
Where do I begin ? I just wanted to let anyone know if you’re nervous about going to therapy like I was , don’t be. If you’re looking for a team who is personable, caring, and doesn’t treat you just like a patient ; this is the right place. Cody and James were so thorough in treating me and making me feel comfortable.
Athletico in Greensburg Indiana is a great place for physical therapy. Kyla, James and Cody are great. Kyla has been exceptional when getting me appointments and dealing with the VA to try and get me more sessions. Cody and James are great physical therapist.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
