From the reviews

Beth did a great job of breaking up issues in my shoulder blades, left hip and lower back. You could tell she really is passionate about what she does and integrated the cupping/hot stones into the massage masterfully. Nice, calm music made the atmosphere feel comfortable right away.

★★★★★ — Ryan, Jul 2025

Updating my review — After my initial experience, the owner reached out immediately, refunded my session, and invited me back. I truly appreciated how professionally and kindly everything was handled. That level of care says a lot about a business.

★★★★☆ — Amanda, Feb 2026

I have been going to this place for several years now and every therapist I have been to has been wonderful. They are all extremely knowledgeable and treat you with care and compassion. I recently went to David and I was mentioning my sore shoulder.

★★★★★ — Ed, Sep 2025

I had one of the best massages from David today. Wow, he adjusted pressure to the areas that needed it most, everything flowed easily so I could breathe and relax. He was very intuitive to what my trouble areas needed, movement and mindful pressure.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
