I never had a massage done before, I was nervous but the owner reassured me that I would be in great hands. With it being the first time I just a 30 minute back/neck massage with hot stone treatment. That was absolutely perfect. I was so comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere and background music was so relaxing.
Just finished the most thorough and relaxing massage. I sprung for the 90 minute sports massage to ensure deep pressure work and I was not disappointed! She started slowly warming up the muscles and assessing the problem areas. Now i am happily leaving knot free!
I was in a lot of pain from joint problems. I did the one hour deep tissue massage. She did a very effective and thorough job and I left feeling better than I have in weeks. The price was very reasonable and the service very professional. I will be using their service again.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
