From the reviews
I initially went with my husband and we both loved it. Audrey was amazing and so attentive that I am now going for a second time!!
I have known Audrey when she was in Chicago and first started in the massage therapy industry. She used to do training massages on me back then and would want real criticism on her massages, and who better than one of your friends to do that. Audrey has come a long way since then.
Whether you're managing chronic pain, dealing with an acute issue, or simply seeking stress relief, Audrey is an excellent choice for your massage needs. A few years after an 18-wheeler accident, I'm still dealing with debilitating neck pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness, which severely limits my range of motion.
I've had many massages over the years, but none compare to the experience I had with Audrey. Audrey has an intuitive sense of what your body needs—combining skill, knowledge, and genuine care into every session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
