From the reviews

Dr. Gibson is great and professional! I heard about him via two of coworkers so I came to him with a hurt wrist and he fixed me up! He didn’t do any unnecessary xrays/work which is great because I’m exposed to xrays all day everyday.

★★★★★ — Kara, May 2019

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gibson for several years. Not only is he professional, but also very compassionate and truly cares about his patients. Dr.Gibson is a fantastic doctor! He helped me so much! I highly recommend him to everyone of my friends. They deserve the best!”

★★★★★ — Jayme, Jun 2019

I have been a patient for about two months. Having played major college football, I have experienced a lifetime of neck and back pain, and added tennis elbow to the list recently. Dr. Gibson has been fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough.

★★★★★ — Blair, May 2021

I can’t thank Dr. Gibson and Dr. Dupwe enough! They are great at adjustments, they do a thorough examination. They let you choose your path in regards to treatment, and keep you well informed on what to expect in doing so. I’m a busy single mother, and they’re very accommodating and even see me last minute if needed.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
