From the reviews

From the front desk to all the people in the back, they all are very professional, friendly and accommodating to your needs. Just starting my venture for healing my pain but feel very confident they will help me until I do. Highly recommend them!!!

This is the best physical therapy ive ever experienced. Dr Becky focuses on the structural issues with amazing results. I did 3 weeks with twice a week then several weekly. I'm at every 2 week weeks now and my pain is significantly reduced.

★★★★★ — Galaxy, Jun 2023

I have been on and off with my visits to ARC due to unanticipated roadblocks, but the visits I have been able to make have changed my decision for knee replacement. I went on a 2 mile hike last weekend and I haven't been able to do that for over a year!

★★★★★ — Frances, Apr 2025

I usually dont do reviews, but I will for ARC. I was 8 months after a total knee replacement with regular PT and still had a lot of stiffness and pain. Now I am 5 visits in and so glad I'm going.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
