From the reviews

I cannot speak highly enough about Aquacare! Over the past five years, I have navigated through a series of physical therapy programs at different facilities, each time seeking relief and recovery.

★★★★★ — Kathleen, Aug 2025

Aquacare provides great Physical Therapy. The assigned exercises actually improve the client's condition. The on-line app is also a great tool to walk you through your exercises. Facility is very clean, staff courteous and professional. The lead therapists are very knowledgeable.

★★★★★ — Penny, Jun 2024

The administrative staff was always helpful, pleasant and on top of things. I was lucky enough to work with Dr. Tiana Polite-Brown. Not only is she knowledgeable and thorough but has a winning personality to boot!

★★★★★ — Maria, Nov 2024

Aqua Care Therapy has been awesome. The therapist are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I love doing exercises in the water. I was very discouraged when my Dr. said there’s nothing that can be done for my back. He said 11 Discs are involved they wouldn’t even know where to start. He recommended this.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
