From the reviews
Starting to think that I can't continue to work like I do without routine massages. Anita has the ability to mix a solid therapeutic session with some stress relief and it makes my quality of life so much better!
I felt so relaxed when I was done. Went home and instantly took a nap, woke up very very relaxed. Cannot complement Anita enough.
Anita is amazing and talented. Would highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable.
I got my boyfriend a session with Anita and he had absolutely nothing but great feedback! He said she was great on hitting all the trouble areas and always made sure to tell him if it hurt to let her know. He said he will definitely go back! Thank you Anita!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
