From the reviews
…This treatment comes in the form of acupuncture, cupping, gua sha and/or Chinese medicine. Dr. Eileen is very engaging and takes the time to understand you, and your discomforts, creating a treatment plan specific to you. Her office is warm and inviting with clean, relaxing patient rooms.
…She took the time to look at her entire body, using techniques like gua sha, dry needling, acupuncture, and cupping—succeeding where no other doctor could. Beyond her expertise, Eileen’s communication with both us as parents and our daughter was clear, supportive, and filled with kindness.
I have had pain for years, seen numerous doctors done many X-rays and MRI’s to no relief. I had my first session with Dr Eileen yesterday and for the first time in 8-9 years I slept through the night pain free.
Dr Eileen Li is a real “Enabler”. I began to visit her in July, 2025, and within two months she facilitated significant recovery of range in my shoulders, allowing me to dramatically increase my muscle strength. I highly recommend her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
