Crystal is a miracle worker! I wish more stars were available to give! She is very professional and definitely knows what she is doing. Crystal was originally my husband's massage therapist and I thought, with all his back, neck and leg issues, she might be "too much" for me. Crystal is amazing! You have never had a true massage, until you have had one from Crystal! She goes to the root of the problem, not necessarily where you are feeling pain. Once she address' the root of the problem your pain will subside. I have never been able to fall asleep during a massage until Crystal.
My back tugs out of place 1 or 2x a year. Crystal is my go-to massage therapist for a one visit fix. The work needed to be done is working out knots. Crystal has a talent for knowing just the right amount of effort before she starts doing damage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
