From the reviews
Great, relaxing, professional. The vibe was great. I enjoyed my time. 10/10 would book again!
She really knows how to listen to her clients, and target different problems with different techniques. She has healed my back exponentially I can even touch my toes again. If you do sports , or if you are a full time mom, she can help ease the stress of an injury, or just the stress of stress.
I had such a wonderful massage with Amy! She is warm, professional, and truly skilled at what she does. She took the time to listen to what I needed and tailored the massage perfectly. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in.
The absolute best. Diagnosed and Targeted the areas skillfully relieving my pain. I've been getting massage therapy for over 2 decades to combat chronic pain. This therapist KNOWS what she is doing. Went above and beyond my expectations on so many levels. Can't thank you enough Amy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
