Never knew I could feel so good! I feel as if I've been reborn!! I came to see Juan about painful symptoms of degenerative discs in my neck therefore upper back due to an old injury. Also, I had been dealing with insomnia problems for over ten years of waking up for two hours every night.
I had been having back pain for years that had spread to my head, neck, arms and legs before I found Juan. Fibromyalgia was the "official" diagnosis to my being in in constant pain daily. I woke up in pain I went about my day in pain and I went to restless sleep in pain.
Finding this practice was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I first came here while navigating a very difficult and life changing health diagnosis, and I was searching for support & healing on a different level. I wanted something deeper than just treatment.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
