From the reviews
Dr. Laura is a miracle worker! I've come to her with shoulder, hip, knee and ankle injuries, and through her practice in cupping, scraping, dry needling and routine daily exercises, she has kept me bouncing back to 100% after every visit.
As an athlete, I went in for a general assessment knowing that for the most part I was doing well with no injuries. Laura did an overall assessment and identified areas I could work on to continue to stay healthy as my training increases this summer.

Dr. Wagner has been advising me on various exercises to improve my health and mobility, and to keep me moving at age 83. They've worked! She's proactive and when she comes across a promising exercise or other activity she texts me or emails me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
