From the reviews
…She has a varied experience and knowledge in her work life that lends itself to her providing well rounded care of your body, from massage, to prior work with a chiropractor, to cupping, and other skills that lend themselves to caring for the whole body instead of just certain muscles.
I booked a Wellness Experience with Erin and it was exactly what I needed. Even before we met, the reflective exercises she provided helped me gain clarity on what’s working in my life and what feels out of balance. They validated my emotions and helped me tune into my body in a way I hadn’t realized I needed.
This retreat was truly transformative for me. My eyes were opened to how community and connection can make a major difference in your overall well-being. I’m so appreciative of Wild Rooted Wellness for providing a space where people could come as they were and share openly and honestly.
Alpenflow Wellness is such a cozy, welcoming studio. Erin is an amazing teacher, with even more amazing energy, making every class feel fresh and accessible for all levels. My husband and I have been going to her Flow State Vinyasa for about a year, and it’s always different in the best way.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
