I started with limited neck mobility and constant discomfort, and after completing part of my treatment plan, I experienced significant improvement. Dr. Zac took the time to listen, explain what's going on, and tailor treatments to my specific needs.
The staff is lovely and very attentive. The doctors are personable and glad to see you, and genuinely care about what they're doing. The people overseeing exercising and range of motion things are very upbeat and helpful if you don't quite know or remember what you're doing.
Last June I had stem cell replacement in my lower back & neck areas. It was the smartest thing I have ever done. I do not have any pain anymore in either area. I want to thank Dr. Lindermann for suggesting this treatment for me. The staff is so nice & caring to work with also. Thanks!
Love this place!! Everyone is so friendly, the doctors are very skilled, and the therapeutic massage is amazing. Best adjustments I've ever had!! I can't recommend Allied enough!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
