I’m not normally one to write reviews, but All-Pro Physical Therapy is absolutely the best PT clinic in Trenton with large open facility area full of various equipment and private patient rooms for hands on treatments with a clean and friendly welcoming environment. The physical therapists are also the best.
This is by far the best PT I have been to. Physical therapy for me at different locations in the past just repeated the same treatment no matter how well it was helping me. All-Pro is literally "all pro". All the therapists are so knowledgeable about their profession.
Absolutely the best people around. I was hesitant to go to PT but I am very glad I did. Nikki worked with me along with Callie and they both were kind, professional, and considerate of my issues.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
