From the reviews

I visited All Bodies twice, each time dealing with different primary pain issues. Both visits were excellent. Laura's approach is much more focused on understanding an individual's unique needs compared to any other massage therapist I had been to previously.

★★★★★ — Claire, May 2023

Laura really does provide a custom massage. I came in with a variety of problems to work on and she tailored every moment to address those areas. I left feeling lighter, calmer and in less pain. I look forward to seeing Laura regularly.

★★★★★ — Paige, Nov 2023

From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left, Laura was welcoming, attentive, and kind. She took a few minutes to ask my history and know what’s going on with my body as well as to make sure I was comfortable with her plan to approach the massage. The massage itself was skillful and relaxing.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Feb 2024

I’ve only had phenomenal experiences at All Bodies Custom Massage. Laura’s extensive knowledge of massage supports her in creating a healing experience tailored to your needs. She listens—really listens!—to what is going on in your body so she can effectively address the issues.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
