From the reviews
Absolutely honored to be a client. The good Doctor is beyond passionate about her craft and wow, she’s the best I’ve ever seen. I was in absolute paralyzing agony and she has me not only out of pain but excited about tackling any obstacle in my path.
Dr Kate is simply amazing. She has been so helpful in getting me feeling better in just a few short weeks. I have gone from feeling defeated with a year long battle full of health issues….. to finally feeling much better and having more hope every day.
Dr Kate is the best. I don’t fully understand how accupuncture works but I don’t care cause it definitely works. When I went to her I was tired of being in constant pain and unable to sleep well. Within a month of treatment the pain in my leg was gone and has not Come back 1.5 years later.
In August of 2022, I injured my foot from an overuse injury. For over a year, I struggled and hobbled along with the pain. I was unable to walk without 7/10 pain at all times. In August of 2023, I saw an orthopedist that told me I required surgery for a partial Achilles tear.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
