From the reviews
Dr. Smith is the greatest of all time! A few months ago, I booked my first appointment because I was dealing with severe lower back pain. I dealt with crippling flare-ups despite going to the gym and losing weight, and Dr. Smith seriously helped change my life for the better.
Dr Stephanie has been a wonderful help in my life. Ive dealt with chronic neck and back pain for years due to injury and she offers excellent care and results. She has excellent training from Life University, and continues to learn every day new techniques. Her specialty for me has been muscle work and repair.
AIM Chiropractic has been a game‑changer for me. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Smith made me feel welcomed and cared for. She took her time and listen to my issue and immediately said I got you we can fix it. She took her time to explain what’s going on with my shoulder and created a plan that actually makes sense.
Words truly cannot describe how thankful I am for Dr. Smith at Aim Chiropractic! I came in with a debilitating tailbone injury that caused constant back and neck pain, and after seeing multiple doctors without lasting relief, I was referred to Dr. Smith- and it was the best decision I could have made.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
