From the reviews
They have a very nice office and staff was nice. The chairs are very uncomfortable for people that have back and hip pain and have to sit for more than 15 min. Fortunately there was a exam table that I layed down on, but the light was bright overhead so I was sble to turn the light off.
Dr. Harris was able to squeeze me in today. I am so thankful. I woke up a few days ago unable to turn my head. She was able to help me get back into alignment. My pain has decreased and my range of motion greatly improved. I appreciate how they work with our schedule and needs.
From the time they greet you by first name when you walk in to the time you see your doctor all the way to the laser treatment guy they are the nicest most caring group of people ive dealt with the hospitality is out of this world nobody ever looked like they were having a bad day and you can really see that they all…
At the office Insee Dr. Sam. She is my super-hero!! I have the greater part of 35 years under chiropractic care. She alone has proven to hold the expertise in the specific areas I needed that after just about a short year with her for the first time in my life, I have gone from chiropractic care 3+ times a week to as…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
