Everyone was very nice. The front desk women were very helpful and welcoming. My doctor explained everything to me in detail where I can simply understand. The woman who actually rendered my therapy services was very nice and patient. Didn't make me move to quickly and also explained everything she was doing in detail.
Excellent and detailed care. Their care plans are super affordable. My doc took the time to explain my condition and proposed care plans initially. And afterwards custom tailored care plans every session. Best Physical Therapy place by far. Staff are friendly and super helpful.
I cant say enough about these absolutely fantastic bunch of professional ladies and gentlemen that l had ever had the pleasure to meeting. Everyone works hard to get you feeling better then before you showed up and everyone is so kind and courteous and understanding of the needs of their clients.
I have had nothing but a great experience while coming here. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. I love Jess who working with me in the beginning before doing physically therapy. My first doctor Dr. Riffle was very pleasant, patient, and took time to explain the process.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
