I just finished my last session of physical therapy with Mitch Guttentag. This time I was rehabilitated my shoulder after a rotor cuff surgery. Mitch chose a set of different exercises for range of motion I the first few weeks. Then he started me on strengthening exercises. Everything worked well.
I am very pleased with the outcome of my physical therapy. I had a knee injury and lost a lot of strength in my leg. It was impossible to climb stairs, and stand for long periods of time. Now I am climbing multiple sets of stairs a day and can stand without having to sit down every 5 minutes.
I bet Julia Strictler PT , by chance at Advance Orthopedic and Sports Therapy. She turned out to be the Best PT for the therapy I needed for R TOTAL REVERSE Shoulder post op. Highly recommend this place, clean, organized and Chelsea at the front desk is a love. Always a Smile.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
